Absolutely unhelpful people. Syndey and Casey used every excuse they could come up with to not fill my contact lens prescription. First they said that they didn't have the brand I was prescribed, only an equivalent. Then I said okay, what is the equivalent so I can have my optometrist put that on the paper. They said that they knew what the equivalent was, but refused to tell me.
