My fiance and I each got a pair of glasses here and everyone was very nice and helpful! Gabriela helped me pick out my pair and Kristen helped out my fiance. I already knew what glasses I wanted going in, but Gabriela showed me soo many good options! She understood the vibe I was going for. I clearly should have checked the reviews before going here. This place is horrible, gave me a completely whack prescription, and then demanded $80 for the correct one? DO NOT i repeat please do not go here, eye care is important.
Staff helpful and lots of frames to choose from. I would change the flow of the dept bc shoppers go through who don’t need optical assistance and they bring their carts making it very congested. I would recommend.
I brought in my daughter’s glasses which were severely damaged, and honestly, I thought there was no chance they could be fixed. I was preparing myself for her to be without glasses for weeks and for the cost of buying a brand-new pair. We also arrived very close to closing time, so I truly did not expect what happened next.
