I have tried for days to reach this Costco Optical Department in the Carmel Mountain store. The phone is never answered, if you leave messages you do not receive a call back call. Overall I have called 12 times over 4 days, nothing. Would not go to this one ever so I will wait for my appointment at the Poway Costco when I get back from vacation. Much better staff there.
Jennifer of Optical Department Carmel Mt. has derogatory behavior.' So rude and unfriendly. Disgusting!!! I interacted with her with simple questions June 30, 2022 @1000 am. Don't you have training on your employees dealing with customer care so we keep on patronizing your stores and recommend you to others?
