Very poor front desk service So unhelpful she looked like she’s in a cloud and would help Then the optometrist yelled at me publically outside the office for not fully filling out the form He’s very creepy and not even good at what he does Don’t go there Love Costco not the optical here
Staff here in the Optical Department are awesome. I was assisted by the optical manager, Tony Vizcarra. He was just very helpful & so professional. I am a very satisfied & happy customer. Thank you, Tony, for your help & assisting me in ordering my new reading glasses.
Went to seek frame repair possibility, the lady there was very impatient and not helpful at all. The service attitude did not live up to Costco’s standard at all.
