Went to seek frame repair possibility, the lady there was very impatient and not helpful at all. The service attitude did not live up to Costco’s standard at all.

The girls in the front office have the worst attitudes
I would say five star for Jackie and Debbie! They made everything right and perfect! Jackie was so professional, she helped me adjust the kid glasses that another employee doesn’t willing to and that employee argued with me with a lot of excuses!
