Bad customer service. When I requested a return, they did their best to refuse my request. First, they wanted me to try more time, second they told me returning need appointment, Natalia even told me "if you can't commit why did you but it at the first place" well, I have to try if hearing aids for me, but I really don't need to take her attitude. Stay away from them, they do not belong to Costco.

Have an appointment and it is written on an appointment card, she says I am not on the books for one. Last appointment was with Monica, the so-called manager Whatever she did to my hearing aids when ever I am close to anyone the aids screech and can be heard 3ft away. So unhappy with Costco hearing center. Can’t Costco pay enough to get proper professional technicians??
