Impressive customer service and knowledgeable. Very patient with my elderly husband and I with our 1st hearing aids. They help us fairly often with explaining and helping with changing parts and cleaning , we are never made to feel less than for not understanding how to clean or replace parts. Highly recommend. I've had 2 sets of hearing aids from Costco over the years. They are very helpful and professional. I've dealt with other hearing aid places (for my parents) and on more than one occasion they closed permanently, leaving their customers in the lurch. Thanks Costco!

On the phone, I was given a 2:45 appointment but the employee who made the appointment apparently wrote down 12:45. I checked in at 2:30. At 3:20, I asked why I wasn't being seen and others with later appointments were being helped. The employee shuffled some papers and told me my appointment was at 12:45. I explained that I was in a meeting at 12:45 and never would have agreed to that time. Their employee made a mistake. I was told I was wrong and there was nothing they could do.
