The sale and set up was without issue. Excellent people. But nobody will ever set up an appointment and they do not answer.calls or return.calls.
I got my first hearing aids from Costco 10 years ago. They were refurbished after about five years and I'm still wearing the same pair. I've had nothing but excellent customer service at Costco and I plan to continue go there.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My other half insisted that we go here to save a few dollars.... lol What a joke! I would pay 10 times more just to NOT have to go to this dog and pony show! What a bunch of completely rude people that work here. Remember folks "Good isn't cheap, and cheap isn't good."
I have been going to Cosco for over 10 years for my hearing aids, I only continue to go there because the price is good, the service is terrible, Colleen that worked there was the most disrespectful person I have ever met , not including , I always have to go back several times until they can get my hearing aids set up correctly, this last time I went back the girl that helped me was nice until I had to go back a second time due to static and feedback, they said my hearing aids needed to be sent back to the factory for repai... read more
My husband got excellent hearing aids at an incredible price. When he needs them serviced, there is no charge. Kirkland batteries are also a fraction of the cost compared to an audiologist.
