Absolutely the best of the best. I had very very expensive hearing aids that needed to be replaced. Shawna tested my hearing and gave me very affordable options to fit my budget and significant less than what I had been using. She actually talked me down a notch in price when I was inclined to want a feature that I probably would not really use. I had the pleasure to meet and work with Patti last week for my appointment. Her friendly personality and vast knowledge helped make my appointment go well. She skillfully explained each step of the exam to me and answered all my questions. I was able to try on the hearing aids that she suggested and I was amazed at how well they worked ! Had my appointment with Will today. My hearing aids were sent out for repair and he had loaners for me with my prescription already installed. Very knowledgeable staff. Get's a big thumbs-up from me!
