I had the pleasure to meet and work with Patti last week for my appointment. Her friendly personality and vast knowledge helped make my appointment go well. She skillfully explained each step of the exam to me and answered all my questions. I was able to try on the hearing aids that she suggested and I was amazed at how well they worked ! Had my appointment with Will today. My hearing aids were sent out for repair and he had loaners for me with my prescription already installed. Very knowledgeable staff. Get's a big thumbs-up from me!
My PCP recommended Costco for hearing aids because the docs there don’t work on commission, have great products and sell enough that they don’t need to push you into a product. He was right! I got a great hearing test. And then was offered a pair set to my needs (based on the test results) and allowed to walk around the store for 10-minutes to see what I thought. I loved them.
