The customer service at the Alpharetta hearing aid center is HORRIBLE. They NEVER answer their phone. If you leave a message, they may or may not return your call. If they do, it can take days. The only way to make an appointment is to drive all the way to Alpharetta. I do not see how they sell or service any hearing aids with this sort of customer service. The Costco manager needs to get involved as this situation will not improve on its own.

I recently purchased hearing aids from Costco and the experience has been wonderful. Everything from the hearing exam to the price has been above and beyond my experience with a previous company. Joel and Matthew are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend Costco hearing aid centers to anyone.

I recently took my mom to this hearing center and have been very happy with the service and product she received. Both Matthew and Joel are extremely friendly and both gave plenty of information without coming across as sales-y. My mom was previously taken advantage of with an extremely pricey product that stopped working very quickly. The quality of the product my mom has received here as well as the warranty have us both at ease, and the price was incredible. I highly recommend this location.

I see the last reviews were 3 years ago so I want to update. I had an appontment with my mother for a hearing test and hopefully to purchase hearing aids. She had recently had a test with a true audiologist and had her ears cleaned prior to the exam. We did purchase hearing aids at that time in July, but unfortunately they were lost so were looking for a less expensive replacement pair.
