I have had Costco hearing aids for years. Their products are high quality and excellent value. I can hardly imagine better customer service. When the ear piece/speaker on one of my devices separated, I stopped by San Tan Costco for repair, expecting a week or two turn-around. Joe Valente immediately recognized the problem and expertly completed the repair in minutes! Can you hear me now? Outstanding!
