I called them 5 times during monday-friday in the same week. All within the hours they stated. I left a voicemail after every single call with name and ohone number repeated twice. Not only did they not answer they never called me back!! So why bother...?!?@

I looked up the listing on google to simply find a phone number and am shocked to find that this location isn't 5 stars. I purchased my hearing aids here almost 8 years ago and they are life changing!!! Marcy, Giancarlo, Eric and formerly Jose are all top notch employees who have all taken time over these almost 8 years to work with me. The compassion and understanding has been incredible. There was ZERO pressure to buy anything and in fact I personally found that the Costco brand worked as good as the name brand hearing aid... read more

Honestly, Costco hearing aid stores in OC seem to be the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Just check all the average reviews! The HB store is closest to us, but they never return my calls, and are simply too busy to bother. There is one younger guy who initially helped me when I purchased my aids, but he is usually booked because he’s the nicest and prob the most intelligent “specialist” they have.
