They do a good job testing and price is ok. The weakness is in implying that customers need free cleaning and follow up testing. I am sure Costco is good for many. I bought from another very small local audiology service. Everything was better. My wife bought at Costco. I got much better results for less money. I also am fully satisfied. However my need is less than that of my wife. I regret Costco experience. If my wife wants improvement I will encourage her to go to my provider

Mom got hearing aids but returned. Not quite ready for them. Great price and service.
