I've been wearing costco purchased hearing aids for about 15 years. My normal store is the one on Powers. Unfortunately they are currently closed for renovations. One of my hearing aids died so I had to go to the store on N Nevada. First visit they cleaned my hearing aid and sent me on my way. No improvement. Next visit, about a week later, they shipped it of for me. No loaner offered. It took 8 days to get my hearing aid back (I don't feel that is on Costco).
