Friends said Lance is great. I'm not impressed. He hurt my ear pulling the trial aid off after the exam. The charger failed after 1 year. No replacement so I can't recharge for 7-10 days while they repair it under warranty. Update: got the charger back in 6 days and they included a new USB power module and cord. :-)

I can’t believe there are not more reviews. This hearing aid center treats you like a rockstar. We’ve had an outstanding level of support over the years, not just at this location, but other locations across the country, which is part of the benefit in buying from Costco.
Excellent advice, great devices and they really do back up everything they do!! Notice when "Melanie" below gives a poor rating there is NO explanation. That says a lot.
