Highest praise for this center and Daniel in particular. All of his recommendations -- on equipment, use and general practices -- have been excellent and on the mark. I'm only on Day 3, but I'm watching TV without subtitles, asking my wife not to shout, and no longer accusing people of mumbling! :-) Plus, I can hear the rain, keyboard taps, and my own footsteps. Very careful hearing test with wonderful technician using more sophisticated equipment than anywhere else I've gone over the years. Took the aides she recommended given the kind of loss i have. Very happy with new Resound aides... Techs get no commission, and no incentive to push one brand over another....and you have months to change your mind... And other great perks. Costco is the best. The best. The best.

Have had nothing but very positive experiences with clinic over the past eight or so years. Have purchased two sets of hearing aids in that time, the most recent six months ago. All initial and subsequent appointments have been informative and have met with my needs.

I could not be more pleased with the service I’ve received at the San Leandro Costco Hearing Aid Center. The receptionist there has been amazingly helpful at each one of my visits. She’s friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Very Happy Customer!
