Very disappointed with the customer service at the Costco Blackstone tire & battery center. Today I came to replace my car battery, and even though I had already purchased the battery from their own store, the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I politely asked multiple times for a simple wrench so I could remove my old battery, but they refused to help in any way. Their attitude was disrespectful and totally unprofessional. Optical - Horrible and rude. False advertising for price.
We had great service and my husband loves his hearing aids. Only down fall was the wait time to get an appointment, but every time we have been there they are consistently busy so I can see why it takes a little longer.
