Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Mike and Johan are a breath of fresh air. Brought my 90 year old mom here for hearing aids and the service was stellar. They answer the phone every time I call, got us in for timely appointments, and were very professional and kind with my mom. Her custom hearing aids came in sooner than expected. She is very happy with her new hearing aids. So glad we went here. Thanks Mike and Johan!!
“Stellar customer service” is becoming an oxymoron in today’s retail world, but outstanding customer service is exactly what I received from Mike and Johan at COSTCO/ Fairfield’s audiometry department (i.e., the “Hearing Aid Center). I called the store to schedule a hearing test and, sure enough, there were no openings.
