I have been wearing hearing aids from Costco for about 5 years. A couple of months ago I purchased new hearing aids (rechargeable battery). For some reason the hearing aid on my right ear started to create pain. The little wire from the hearing aid to the ear bud started to dig in to the upper part of my ear causing much pain. My wife just was fitted for her hearing aids the technician was very professional and took her time to explain everything to my wife. She didn't let her leave until she was comfortable with the hearing aids. Would recommend them very highly
