What a professional and empathetic experience we had with the Hearing Aid Manager Dayal Goswami . I was hesitant to go when referred by my family Doc, as men tend to when told to have hearing checked . But Mr. Goswami "took the time" explaining everything in a simple way, went above and beyond in the assessment, gave us all the options to make an informed decision.
