After ignoring the fact that I needed hearing aids for years, to the point where it was seriously impacting not only my personal life but my ability to perform optimally at work (mask mandates forced me into realizing that I had been relying heavily on reading lips and facial cues) I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment. Good service. Pleasant people. Will need to receive my hearing aids before I can say more.
Excellent service and prices. They are very busy because of the high demand but they will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your hearing aids.
Audiologists are wonderful. Receptionist was NOT.Michelle was rude and terribly unhelpful. Went out of her way to be difficult. This happened during the pandemic and I dismissed it as pressure. The other day proved it was just her personality. This will probably cost Costco several thousand dollars as neither my husband nor I will be back. Be forewarned. There appears no way around her. She will insert herself into private conversations .
Staff well trained and friendly.
