Sketchy that they won't accept a prescription from the NS Health Authority, and require their own hearing test. Feels like it's a big chance for them to say you need more expensive aids than necessary.
Just had a call from Kendra at the Costco Hearing centre in Dartmouth this was just a check up. Call to see how my new hearing aids were working and that reminded me that I should be leaving a review. The entire experience was just exceptional. Great friendly efficient service.
After ignoring the fact that I needed hearing aids for years, to the point where it was seriously impacting not only my personal life but my ability to perform optimally at work (mask mandates forced me into realizing that I had been relying heavily on reading lips and facial cues) I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment.
