I had an amazing experience at the Costco Hearing Aid Center in Cambridge. Scott and the lady who usually wears a scarf and glasses were both outstanding. They each have different roles, but both made a big difference in my visit. The lady greeted me first and was super friendly. She made me feel comfortable right away and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to Emma, your wonderful audiologist. She is competent, approachable and caring. Also she is a gracious person who re-programs and pairs my iPhone and my hearing aid, and patiently explains the use to me and my wife, in case I forget. We look forward to seeing her again in two weeks for follow-up. Thanks again Emma. You are exceedingly nice.

The entrance and parking lot are a mess to navigate, especially during peak times. Otherwise, this has all of the features we love about Costco. The staff are always doing their best to ensure stock is available, paying moves smoothly and carts are available. Ideally, a rework of the flow of the store would help make experiences more accessible and enjoyable.
