My experience today with Mindy at Costco Hearing Aid Center was wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and well informed.
I had traveled to Mayo clinic in Rochester and forgot my hearing aid charger. I called Costco hearing aid Dept to see if they could loan me a charger to charge my hearing aids. Ryan was so helpful as were the Costco team that helped me when I picked up the charger. What excellent customer service! Thank you Ryan and your fellow Costco team members. Sheila Gunderson
We have been loyal Costco members and my husband has purchased 2 sets of hearing aids from them. Now that he is having trouble with this one, they can't get us in until spring. What is he supposed to do until then? They recommend trying cities. Service is horrible and personnel are RUDE! Don't go there.

I got a membership just for the purpose of getting hearing aides, then was told they didn't have an appointment until Jan of 2024. What kind of business are you running? That is a 6 month wait.
