We have been loyal Costco members and my husband has purchased 2 sets of hearing aids from them. Now that he is having trouble with this one, they can't get us in until spring. What is he supposed to do until then? They recommend trying cities. Service is horrible and personnel are RUDE! Don't go there.
Sorry, no new customers. Was just informed by Rochester Costo Hearing Center staff, not accepting new customers.
I got a membership just for the purpose of getting hearing aides, then was told they didn't have an appointment until Jan of 2024. What kind of business are you running? That is a 6 month wait.

I got my hearing aids about 3 years ago. The service was great then and has continued to be super for the little bit of follow up service work that I have needed. I highly recommend the Rochester team and the hearing aids work well.
