I am new to the Kamloops area and have had SUPERIOR service each time I have either walked in, called or made an appt at this location. Every interaction I've had has been friendly & efficient. The staff have been genuine in their desire to help. My hearing aids have needed service, repair and even a recent replacement of a charger. The staff have been quick to respond to my needs, provide documentation and support. My ninety two year old mother just got her first set of hearing aids and is very happy with the product and ecstatic with Stephenie's service, expertise and professionalism. Well done.
Just received my hearing aids June 26th, having lots of problems adjusting them. Phoned for an appointment with practitioner July 5th however unable to get appointment until July 26th! I'm very upset and disappointed that one has to wait weeks for help! If they're so busy hire another practitioner.
Helped my Dad out with his hearing aids. Very patient.
