Monday i had an appointment with Rosie. Rosie is a Delight. Kind, patient, Prof. I ended up purchasing a set of hearing aids. They have a Great Warrantee . This is the Good. Now the bad: they have NO counter help. They could see 2x the customers, if they had someone to help with general questions, appointments.. Etc.. Someone needs to revisit this decision. Costco, is Better than this. I saw 3 people walk away because there was no one to answer their questions. I would have given them 8 stars if this had not been an issue . ... read more
If you need a hearing aid, please go to Costco in Brookhaven. If not a member, please join. Their hearing aids are wonderful and the staff has the best Customer Service anywhere. They are top notch. They are very professional and they all have a lot of patience when dealing with me. I am seeing Joel now, and you can't get any better. He is absolutely fantastic. No matter how many times I need to come back for anything, the staff is always available and ready to help. I hope the whole hearing aid department gets recognized fo... read more
