Near the end of the dry cycle, during the air blowing process, I felt 2 large thumps. I thought the car behind me hit me. The car was close but it was difficult to see for sure. Then the light turned green for me to drive, so I thought I must have felt the track transitioning for me to start driving. The next day I found a large dent and scratches on my SUV back door. Too high for a car bumper. I believe because the car behind was too close, equipment hit the back of my car. I dont recommend using them.
I love Costco car wash it gets the job done and it's affordable.
Can't believe how convenient and cheap the wash was.
