Every visit to this Costco is frustrating. The layout constantly changes, making it difficult to find anything, and when I ask for help, employees often seem unsure or simply stand around without responding. It feels like customers are left to figure everything out on their own. I hope management improves communication, organization, and customer service.
This store is practical when focusing on food items. The selection is better than than the warehouse, which is great it self.
