To whom it may concern: My wife and I have noticed some significant losses in quality at the Stockton, CA Costco store. While this particular store in the Costco chain has never been one of the flagship locations, it has gone downhill quickly in the last year or so. For example, products have been shifted all over the store without rhyme or reason. I love it each mo. Although the samples get you in trouble, once you taste the foods you must buy lol. Like the Forest ham sandwich: Naan bread ,pesto, cheddar variety cheese grill it on a Foreman/ electric grill ummm. Had some mango salsa & organic tortilla chips. Chicken tamales humm. You can easily spend over $200.00in Costco & the go do it in the Grocery Store lol.
Bought a pizza from Costco. They said 35 minute wait. I've been waiting here over an hour. Rude staff and still waiting.
Went to Costco today to pick up pet food and ended up spending more money than normal inside the store at the checkout I decided to purchase a very berry sundae went outside to get my Sunday the line for prepaid was 5 to 6 people deep, and the line was not moving at all so I decided to get into the to perchase line that had 4 people in line and that was moving at least. When I made it to the front of the line i showed the order taker my receipt, she told me that she couldn't help me and I needed to stand in the prepaid line.... read more
Food court customer service is sucks. Waited for two hours for our pizza and we even called our order. Time frame they said didnt get delivered twice. One when we place our order over the phone then when i paid. Line is so long. Never again to go to the food court. Unless costco finds a better and more efficient way to serve their customer. Who ever in charge the food court should seen what is going on and find ways for better service.
