½ assed Covid19 measures; must wear a mask, but no proof carts were disinfected, credit card machine was not cleaned after the person in front of me used it, gas pumps were monitored but not disinfected. On the plus side , the gentlemen sanitizing the men's room, the shittyest job in all of Costco, was doing a great job cleaning and disinfecting the toilets, sinks and urinals. Probably the only associate doing the job and proud of the job he was doing. Kudos to him. I've never seen a restroom that clean in a long time.

I'm never disappointed from a Costco run (except the current toilet paper situation 😁). The staff are always very friendly and helpful in general, but they all deserve a big shout-out for how dedicated they are to helping prevent any spread of virus during this difficult time! The staff are constantly spraying, wiping, and helping their customers stay as safe as they can be while out shopping! Thank you!!
Hey Costco - I love you, but.....what you are doing with the shopping carts at the Charlottesville store makes no sense and is actually detrimental. Instead of allowing the customer to take a Clorox towel to wipe the cart handle BEFORE touching it, you are making us hold the cart handle and push it up to a person who is wiping cart handles with a towel that is reused who knows how many times. 1) Wiping the handle after I have had to touch it does NOTHING to protect me!!!! 2) Reusing a towel over and over again will spread ge... read more
