Costco sells eggs from caged chickens and said that they would stop....
I have been shopping at Costco for years..I just recently ordered wedding invitations thru the photo department..I placed my order correctly but the envelopes arrived without our return address on them..Two phone calls to "customer service", 2 hours on the phone and two full business days and they still are not able to provide me with a ETA of when I can get the correct envelopes!! Needless to say, very dissatisfied with their customer service and the fact that they are making no effort to correct their error!
