I love Costco, but so does everyone else. They are suffering from too much success. I have trouble getting a disabled cart, and difficult navigating within the store. Please enlarge the store to match number of customers.
Many thanks to Bozeman Costco and the tire center manager, Cody, for getting me in early for 2 new tires. I was passing thru and woke up to a flat tire! They/he saved is time and money!!
In 2007 while working at the park once a month would go into Bozeman. At that time they were having members signing for gas stations. Taking other employees with us. The international would love to go with us. Taking pictures while in there. Plus to Big Sky we would go to.
I left my purse (credit cards, cash, ID) in a grocery cart in the parking lot at Costco. An employee saw it and it was placed in their safe. (I received a message -- even before I was aware I had lost it!)
Had a checker open up just for me since I only had two items durning a busy time! He came and grabbed me and got me right through! Good work!
very disappointed about Costco insurance, you won't insure our house because we own a horse that is not even living on our property , it is boarded 10 miles away in a horse boarding facility .... i have never heard such a stupid policy in my hole life , i actually like Costco , but this is just ridiculous, so i would appreciate if you stop sending me advertisements , because this time costco cannot live up to my expectations.....big time ....and you can believe me , that this story will be told to everybody who wants to know... read more
