Costas built our multi level unit and whilst our relationship had been positive to rectify smaller defects, the currently ongoing defect of a water leak from the shower from June 2024 has been going on for over a year and is yet to be rectified. I have a complaint registered with VBA with the hopes that, this is looked into and permanently rectified by Costas under the builder warranty obligations.

Costas Constructions have done an amazing job on our 3 unit development from the planning stage to the completion and we wouldn't be able to complete the build without them. I would highly recommend them for any multi unit development as they were professional in every dealing, very responsive and completed the build at high standard ahead of schedule. And the best thing was that every person we dealt with at Costas was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
