If I could give a less than one star rating, I would. We cancelled their service back in the fall and were given a 60 day free trial to try out some additional services. We decided on January 10th that we did not want to move forward and sent in our cancellation. Today is March 15th and our service is STILL not cancelled. I keep being told that it is being taken care of, but never is. Luckily we are not on autopay, but how hard is it to submit a cancellation?! It is probably best to stay away from this company.

After being hounded by this company for over a year, having reps show up to my office unannounced and without permission, I decided to hear them out. I was presented a web site, with promises of full functionality that would provide updated, precise information about the real estate market, including ownership, Tenant and demographic information.
