Terrible. Stay away. When we signed up we were told it was a 12 month commitment which we agreed to, but in the "notes" they have a link to additional terms and apparently the additional terms state that the commitment keeps renewing automatically 12 months at a time (Not month to month) after the expiration of the first commitment. The reason we wanted to cancel was a lot of the data has been completely useless for 8 months, and we are paying over $1200 for it, and now we can't even cancel. Nightmare of a product.
