Costar is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their product is subpar and customer service even worse. I've used their service for a year and decided on another real estate path. Costar refuses to let me cancel my subscription or allow one of our new team members to purchase the subscription. The few times I HAVE attempted to use the service, it was unavailable.
