We call 2 days earlier to book a reservation for Wednesday night specifically. My cousin sings every Wednesday with the orchestra. I asked that we would be seated close to the band. Before I hung up I again made sure it was possible and I was told "no problem, we will take care of it". If I’m ever faced with a problem, I find it more suitable to address the situation immediately, face to face, and as professional as possible.
