Went for the Columbus Day Parade it started to pour but the food and drinks are always A+ at Constantino's!!
We made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. We had our first date at the cafe 9 years ago. When we made the reservation, they neglected to tell us of a large festival occurring on federal hill that night. The whole street was blocked and valet was not available. The place was mobbed and there was loud music blasting down the street. When we finally got street parking, we were seated underneath a tent at a small table surrounded by crowds. Great from valet to service to food and entertainment don’t miss a opportunity to visit them this weekend... they are fantastic.
Our my God the best Itlian food EVER. The Pizza was better than anything you could ever get in Chicago. Ravioli was NOTHING short of a dream. Spaghetti and Ragu Bolognese sauce was Veal,pork and beef. WOW. IF only they could freeze their food for market. I would fly back just to go eat there again. Thank you to the staff, what a delight.
Had a great dinner of lobster ravioli and pasta spinachi; wonderful bottle of wine, tasty appetizer and delectable dessert. Evening capped off when valet stopped traffic so we could turn left! What a night!
