Customer service from a manager perspective was HORRIBLE ( apparently they were the owners children and he should be disappointed with how they handled things or lack there of). Waiting over 1 hour for reservation made with big party! Hostess is rude!! Asked for manager and got nothing!! Owners daughter is the hostess who told us go elsewhere she can’t control the weather and owners son comes over says he’ll take to the red head manager and never came back to end of mediocre at best $400 check! Never go back and don’t eat there. This was a bridal weekend and the son didn’t even comp a bottle of wine!! Great waitress. HORRIBLE RUDE MANAGERS WHO GIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
