Absolutely horrible service. Terrible assistance with our issues. They are doing absolutely nothing to help us during the covid pandemic and we are basically on our own figuring everything out. Our agent is not answering phone calls or texts at this point and our vacation is still on hold. They are not giving us any information as to what the status of our airline tickets or resort reservations are and we are having to do all the legwork. I would strongly recommend not using this travel agency.
