Got my car broken into last month! people here trying to steal my car its crazy. Yall need security on property cause it doesn’t make any sense for this to be happening! I don’t even park my car here anymore! i have to pay for a garage somewhere just to uber to my own car because of this, do not move here! Edit- also neighbors here like to steal packages! Not sure which particular person it is but i have gotten my package stolen plenty of times
I been here since 2014 of December and I moved out in 2018 and I came back in 2020 I love these apartments and I really didn't have no issue, I put in and request for and microwave every since February of 2025 and I still haven't received it but they can sit around and by new doors for a new apartments for they can move new residents in, I just don't understand this situation especially when I pay full market rent, I'm not on no Housing !!!!!!!!!
If you're considering Costa Viscaya as your future home, run the other way! I’ve never experienced such blatant disregard for prospective tenants. After applying, I received a "Welcome Resident" email, complete with instructions to create a resident portal, pay a deposit, and set up utilities. Naturally, I thought I’d been approved. But when I called to confirm, the manager casually dismissed it as “an oops, no that is automated email sent to everyone”. No apology, no clarification, just gaslighting. Do not move to these rat infested apartments with racist horrible front staff workers Yvonne and Adrianna that don’t care!!! I’m a current tenant and can’t wait for my lease to me up to get on!!!! Beware the gate always broke and they barely fix anything I HATE IT HERE!!!! If I wasn’t in need for my kids and I to have something fast I would’ve waited and took my money elsewhere!!! DO NOT PLAY YOURSELF OR FAMILY BY COMING HERE!!
