This place is roach city (pest control only sprays a little under the sink and NOTHING ELSE) not to mention the smoke alarms constantly go off for no reason. Not just in one building but the whole complex. Ill listen thru the day to apartments across the complex will randomly go off, even vacant ones. Don't live here. This place is a disgrace to live at. Smoke detectors in most units are terrible and outdated or broken. Constantly leading to false alarms at all odds of the nights in units adjacent or even a building across.
I would not recommend staying here. Ive lived here for 4 years now, and when I first moved in everything was great and worked. The pool was always open except on Mondays, understandable, and the gate worked without fail. Neighbors were considerate of the noise they would make from living upstairs. If you had a maintenance issue it was fixed in a timely manner. Now it takes a month and multiple calls. Your water bill goes from 60 dollars to 300 you never know what you going to pay, and when you contact the office they say yes... read more
I visited my cousin that stays there at Costa Verde. The most roach infested apartments I ever been too. She was so embarrassed roaches coming from the air vents and just everywhere. She stays in the back area and she said everyone around there complains but nothing being done. The city needs to come check the apartments out if not I told her to call ABC channel 13 news.
