So the manager at Costa Verde illegally changed my cousins lock on him while his mother and son were there (she was baby sitting) kicked them out and told her she was not allowed back on property. This was done with no notice or eviction. He calls and tells them he is going to put everything in writing on an email and would like to know why his door is locked. Do NOT rent here. The manager, Susan, will lie and steal from you! She was caught in a residents unit stealing valuables and trashing their place!!! Charges are pending and information has been posted to Facebook as well.

You'll need to hire someone for the front I was there for 10 minutes nobody was sitting in the front desk just some lady in the inside office talking on the phone ignoring what's happening outside her door
