Older property with homeless camping outside. Over priced. Elevators are always broken and leaks all over from top floor going for floors down. Noisy with hallways echoing. The management is not responsive at all.
A great place to live is a very quiet place, I recommend them.
My only two issues are the gym equipment is not working correctly and it's locked a lot (even though it is 24/7 access) Plus been here for a year and the excuse for why the pool isn't open is due to "city has to inspect and so many other apartments are in line for inspection" Thing is though I frequent pretty much all the local apartment properties and their pool is full of people all the time!!!
Pool an gym is always closed. Over 6 months to my knowledge probably longer. Lights need repaired outside buildings. Can't use your porch without getting a letter saying they will issue a violation. Can't walk in grass from all the dog poop. Cops here every weekend.
I CHANGED MY WHOLE REVIEW BECAUSE IM SO TIRED OF PEOPLE ASKING ABOUT THE REFERRAL FEE. ONCE AGAIN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEE! THEY SAID ONCE YOUR REFERRAL PAY THEIR 1ST MONTH ON TIME YOU'LL GET IT THE NEXT MONTH! THEY LIED... ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS AND I'm STILL WAITING! SO PEOPLE STOP ASKING ME BECAUSE THEY LIED and I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING! SO IM PLACING THIS HERE SO Y'ALL CAN SEE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED NOTHING AFTER 7/8 MONTHS. However I still love everything about my place!
