They are rude in the office, the owners are also rude. I can not wait until my lease is over they are very unprofessional. If you agree to disagree with them, you can look forward to a note on your door if you don't get put out. The don't fix anything, there's dog poop everywhere along with trash. The referral program is not real several of us residents have discussed this because no one has received payment. The gate has been broken for years. Older property with homeless camping outside. Over priced. Elevators are always broken and leaks all over from top floor going for floors down. Noisy with hallways echoing. The management is not responsive at all.
A great place to live is a very quiet place, I recommend them.
My only two issues are the gym equipment is not working correctly and it's locked a lot (even though it is 24/7 access) Plus been here for a year and the excuse for why the pool isn't open is due to "city has to inspect and so many other apartments are in line for inspection" Thing is though I frequent pretty much all the local apartment properties and their pool is full of people all the time!!!
