I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
