I had a really great experience moving into Costa Pointe. I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. Belinda is kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. I would highly recommend living in this beautiful community.
Costa Pointe is a quaint and quiet community. I would highly recommend this place. The units are open and spacious. Location is great. The manager Belinda is very responsive and goes above and beyond while resolving issues accordingly. Eddie does a great job maintaining the property and is very efficient. Overall a great place to live.
We lived in Costa Pointe for about two years and loved it. It's very quiet, in a great location and the neighbors are very friendly. Belinda does a great job managing the property.
Lived here two years. Great spot. Quiet safe and some good neighbors. Belinda, property manager, and Eddie, the maintenance guy, did a great job keeping everything together. Beautiful spot!
