Gm is trash !!! The service was actually great ! 2025 escalde with 35k Miles and the engine diead on me on the highway! Its took them 3 weeks to put new engine and after 19 min drive with new engine the check engine light came up and the dar misfire
This dealership should be selling used cars not Cadillac. The most typical car salesman ever absolutely not a luxury brand anymore. Four square, what will it take for you to walk away with that car today? I mean just the dumbest sales techniques. I’m still furious that guys like this that work here and run this awful place have over time ruined a great American brand. I can’t understand why Cadillac allows people like this to sell their cars.
Unreal. They charge 3% fee if you pay by credit card which everyone does. Ridiculous and stupid business decision on their part. Will not be coming back here for service or for a new vehicle purchase.
Service manager was able to get vehicle in Saturday afternoon for an oil change. Good service.
From 0 to 70, thanks to Fred. On vacation, truck deader than a doornail in hotel parking garage at 8 am Saturday. Called 5 places, no luck. Got hold of Fred, he told us truck still under warranty, "call GMC Roadside Assist". Tow truck arrived at 9:30, at Suburban GMC by 10:00. Fred and crew called at 12:45, truck ready to roll, washed, alignment for free. Outstanding professional service. Able to get home on time, no added costs, happy family!
