My wife got rear-ended in her brand-new Mazda, and I’m really glad I found this shop since I’m local. Jay, the owner, is totally on top of his business — he answered the phone every time I called, even when he was out in New York. Everything went exactly as he promised. The car was ready the next day and even came back freshly washed. Great service all around. I definitely recommend this shop!

I went there for the first time for a small scratch on my new car that I wanted to fix immediately. I called Costa Mesa Auto Body and Jay the owner answered and said that I could bring my car in that day and he will take a look. I then got in my car and dropped it off to Jay and he said he will be able to get it out without any problems. I waited about 15-20 minutes and lo and behold the scratch was gone.
