I went there for the first time for a small scratch on my new car that I wanted to fix immediately. I called Costa Mesa Auto Body and Jay the owner answered and said that I could bring my car in that day and he will take a look. I then got in my car and dropped it off to Jay and he said he will be able to get it out without any problems. I waited about 15-20 minutes and lo and behold the scratch was gone. Great auto body shop!! Can’t say enough good things about Jay, he’s an excellent communicator, has extremely fair prices, and delivers what you need 100%. Exceptional work in my brand new Audi A6, really thankful for the good business and fixing my car!!!
Had an A+ experience with Jay. Responded quickly and had excellent customer service. He was very honest and not pushy. This is a small family owned shop but the quality of work was top notch. They went the extra mile to not only clean the car afterwards and returned it in even better condition than it was taken in, but also offered to drop off the car when he heard that I would've had to walk over with our infant to pick it up... Would definitely recommend!
