DONT RENT HERE!!! This is truly the worst apartment complex ever. They recently changed management company and the only thing that's changed is the PRICES!! Im being charged for trash, but no one ever picks it up. I'm being charged for pest control but the roaches and ants are literally taking over! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Trash always overflowing, gates constantly broken. Mail room smells like urine. Honestly can't wait til my lease is over.
I needed maintenance for several things in my apartment today I met with Ms Jessica. She sent maintenance right over, they were fantastic. Everything is fixed. The truly make this a better place to live.Thank you all so very much!!!!
I was a resident in this apartments for a year. My experience was very positive pleasant till the last day.
If I could give 0 rating I would. Jessica from mossiac is rude. She spoke to me as if I wasn’t a human being on the phone. I’ve been calling corporate about my matter & nothing has been done. Still don’t have a weather strip on my door nor do I have a shower head in my master bathroom. I’ve caught 3 mice in total plus the roaches are terrible
I have been a resident at Costa Mesa Apartments for 4 years and have lived in 3 different units during that time. Unfortunately, each unit has come with its own set of challenges. In my current unit, which I’ve lived in for over a year, the oven has never worked. Despite submitting multiple work orders through the portal, emails, and even in person, I have never received a follow-up or resolution.
