They kicked out the best Mexican restaurant in town and put in one of the worst I have ever had. First off, when you walk in the door they haven't cleaned the floor since the day they moved in. It's so bad the CARPET is sticky. The entire floor in the restaurant was sticky. No one was bussing tables so every table was covered in food and trash. We have given this place several tries before making a judgement. The food is not good and inconsistent. They try to be innovative by adding strange ingredients to normal things and it's not working. Just get Mexican food right and then try to experiment. The drinks are okay, too pricey for the quality. Every time we went there was a component missing from the order and we had to ask for it. Food was amazing!
Chicken burrito was mostly beans and rice, could hardly taste the chicken. Very bland and dry. The rice is definitely out of one of those microwaveable ready made rice bags. I recognize that metallic taste anywhere. Beans could have been good but they were cold. Others in my group did not enjoy their food either unfortunately…..same complaints. Service was good until another group came in. My suggestion is to jazz up the food some. Add some color and flavors. For the prices charged it should be way better. FYI- most reviews ... read more
