I like the fact that my hotel room had a Bible in it and that’s something you don’t find in most hotels anymore. I really appreciated that.

Found a prescription pill (DRUGS) in our room on the carpet clearly indicating it was never vacuumed properly if at all... It was not your typical ibuprofen, allergy medicine, or antibiotic. Baby cockroaches in the bathroom too. (We have pictures of the pill and the cockroaches) We have to wait until the morning to talk to someone in management when this is very serious and should be addressed immediately. I forgot my AirPods in my hotel room when I checked out on 11/16/24. Later that evening, on 11/16/24, I returned to the same hotel and informed the reception that I had left them behind. They told me to come back in the morning. On the morning of 11/17/24, there was no one at the reception because the area was under renovation and covered with plastic sheeting. I stayed here Nov 14th-Nov 17th. I booked this hotel A MONTH in advance. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign stating “no free breakfast, laundry room & fitness room unavailable”. They had failed to let us know before getting to the hotel that they were doing renovations (which they said they started 2 weeks ago when we asked) and nothing they stated on their website would be available!!
