Always buy from here but today was a disappointment. Poor ceviche and unfriendly customer service
I was looking for a nice ceviche spot near me so we chose Costa Azul for Father's Day. I didn't actually end up getting the ceviche, the sample they gave us along side the salsa wasn't great so I was apprehensive in ordering the full appetizer. Maybe I'll try the shrimp ceviche next time. The oysters weren't that good either. One review I read mentioned the red snapper and it was amazing!! I stopped by here expecting a great meal, but the overall experience was quite underwhelming. The food arrived cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long, which was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, the service was very slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed, making it hard to get any attention. I wanted to enjoy the atmosphere, but the lack of care in the kitchen and the service really ruined the visit for me.
