That is because he doesn’t have any of these techs working for him anymore, just himself and he is a disaster!! He is NOT a journeyman plumber (or have any other accreditation for that matter) unfortunately I was less aware when I hired him and now have leaks under 3 sinks that he is not capable of repairing. I had my washer and dryer installed upstairs, and few months ago i had one leakage issue which caused some damage to the dry walls and the ceiling downstairs and that's when i decided i should get my washer and dryer installed in the basement. I searched many plumbing companies on google but everyone was charging a lot of money for that job. These guys are incredible, not only were they able to complete my basement work in a timely manner they worked with me and took the time to explain what and why they were doing it. I consider myself a rather handy person and they even helped coach me through some of my next steps in my renovation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for any kind of work. Helpful, polite and just all around a great group of people.
