Absolutely had the best experience in getting new car insurance ever!!! I have felt with a few different insurance company in my driving lifetime. We got a great quote and definitely had some laughs . You young ladies made it very easy and stress free. Service so good we let luch be on us !Â

When I first got this insurance they quote my a low payment and when I went there it was a different story. This insurance is a joke. They charge you to make a payment at cost u less and over the phone. They are money hungryÂ
They are a joke bought insurance from them and asked the guy why the down payment was so high at 623 dollars and he told me it was first months payment and down payment. Comes to find out he lies to my face it Is not a down payment at all it is a 388 dollar broker fee and first months payment with another 20 dollar charge to run my driver history. And he had no idea what he was doing he took 2 hours just to get us insured and he said on the phone when I had called that if we made a app with him that day he could save us 100 ... read more
Cost U Less Insurance CENTER is a broker for other insurance companies, they are not an insurance provider. Do not trust any of their quotes that they provide you over the phone to get you to come into their office, it's a trap. Once they get you in there, they try to tell you they are working with you to get you the most affordable coverage, but this does not include their broker and administrative fees. STAY AWAY FROM COST-U-LESS. They will legally hustle you for all of your money; their isn't any cost-u-less about it.Â
$222 broker fee and lied to all the way thru the process. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING these people are thievesÂ
I am very disappointed with the service I got. During my time there I was never inform that I had to pay a broker fee & don't even remember the agent mentioning the paper work during signing ( I take responsibility for that, next read before signing). After I notice I was charged a large amount I asked the agent to cancel, he told it was non refundable.Â
Let me preface this by saying that I was with Farmers for 9 years and stayed faithful to that company because, well, the agent was nice, and my parents were with them, and still are. I happened to be involved in a couple of accidents the last two years, and my rates have SKYROCKETED!! It is double what I used to pay, and there is nothing my agent can do about it.
