Driver was very unsure about himself and what his capabilities were
Their website is misleading that's listed on this google site. I clicked on 'get a quote' and that was a huge mistake. Within hours many different car insurance companies (not identifying as Cost U Less) starting calling me. This was days ago and im still getting calls. I know Cost U Less sold my info because their site was the ONLY one I requested an online quote from. LAME AF
I just moved to Paso from Santa Maria and found out they had a location here! Total live safer. I came in today for a question regarding my policy and I was beyond great full to Marcela she went far and Beyond to answer my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even when the rudest customer came in Interrupting yelling and insulting her she kept her cool and did everything she could to help and answer the mans questions. Unbelievable that people could be that Disrespectful and disgusting!
Wow horrible place only one worker, dang honestly this is a bad place i waited for an hour and 10 minutes to be assisted. Why there is no staff in this place. Management seriously need to get it together. Thats the reason why i prefer to do anything through the phone. But it really sucks. Sometimes we have documents to upload which doesn't even take 20 minutes. What is there to do for people to not go through this. Do we need to go to the city and complain or what. I honestly dont recomend this place for my experience.
